Return Policy
Since Prestan sells its products only through distributors, If you are not pleased with your order, you should contact the distributor from whom you bought our products. All of our distributors carry our complete line of products, accessories and replacement parts for your convenience.

Privacy Policy
At Prestan Products, you privacy is very important to us. Any information we gather is what you provide us when you contact us. 

Guarantee
We guarantee any products purchased from Prestan Products through our authorized Distributors for up to one year from the date the order was shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the product is defective, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the product to get a return authorization.

Prestan guarantees its products against defects for up to one year  from the date it was shipped from Prestan. Prestan expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to the products sold.
